Cotton Club il nome che ho dato alla mini-collezione di 2 pattern di maglia: Cotton Twist (scaricabile gratuitamente da Ravelry) e Cotton Trace (disponibile solo come parte della collezione).

Sono calzini pensati per la stagione di mezzo, quando riprendi ad indossare le scarpe chiuse ma non fa poi tanto caldo da rinunciare al cotone.

Normalmente non metto in vendita i miei disegni, ma qualche volta creo delle piccole collezioni per uno scopo ben preciso (anni fa la Onde Collection mi è servita per raccogliere fondi per Emergency).

Cotton Club nasce come articolo da inserire nello shop di Patreon (lo trovi QUI), che sto cercando di implementare anche a favore di chi non ha o non vuole scaricare materiale attraverso Ravelry, oltre che per pubblicizzare la mia stessa presenza su Patreon, naturalmente.

Le collezioni (attualmente Onde collection e Cotton Club) sono gli unici articoli che propongo in vendita, in quanto tutti i miei pattern singoli sono gratuiti. La mia non vuole essere una concorrenza sleale nei confronti di chi è designer di maglia, la mia "fama" e i miei prodotti non sono neanche lontanamente comparabili con quelli dei grandi nomi della maglia; ma credo che ognuno di noi possa essere in grado di attribuire il giusto valore a ciò che desidera, un valore che cambia anche con la disponibilità economica del momento... i miei modelli, infatti, più che gratuiti sono flessibili alla coscienza di chi li desidera: decidi tu valore e prezzo.

Cotton Club is a mini-collection of 2 knitting patterns: Cotton Twist (free download from Ravelry) and Cotton Trace (only available as part of the collection - on Ravelry and Patreon).

They are socks designed for the mid-season, when you start wearing closed shoes again but it's not hot enough to give up cotton. I hope you can enjoy the making as I did, and wearing a great pair of handmade socks!

Normally I don't sell my designs, but sometimes I make small collections for a very specific purpose (years ago Onde Collection helped me to collect funds for Emergency).

Cotton Club was created as item to be included in my Patreon shop (you can find it HERE), which I'm trying to implement also for those who don't have or don't want to download material through Ravelry, as well as to advertise my own presence on Patreon, of course.

My collections (currently Onde collection and Cotton Club) are the only items I offer for sale, as all my single patterns are free. My intention is not to be in (unfair) competition against those who are "real" knitwear designers, my fame and my products are not even remotely comparable with those of the big names in knitting; but I believe that each of us are able to give the right value to what we want, a value that also changes with disposable income of the moment... my patterns are more flexible than free, it depends on the conscience: you can decide the value and price.
